What a fantastic residential pocket of Sydney this is. We found an air bnb in this leafy area and really enjoyed our days in this part of town. We were fortunate to have a very high end supermarket at the end of our road as well as several fantastic restaurants and cafes all on our doorstep. Within a ten minute walk we also had access to the most beautiful boutiques and shops all very bespoke and individual in style. The architecture is also all protected and most of the homes have small wrought iron balconies and are painted tasteful colours many with beautiful gardens and planting which further enhances the area.
As well as the residential and retail pleasures there were also quite a few well reviewed cafes and restaurants which we also tried out during our visit. Mickey’s was one such breakfast spot and Ampersand was another great little spot which not only has a cafe but the most enchanting bookstore as well.
